What is the deal exactly, with 1% ?
We are a fully licensed real estate team - that offers full listing agent services- but at a lower commission. Our listing fee is 1%.
In terms of services and exposure, we provide eveything you will need to sell your property. We are on MLS®, all the top internet real estate sites, we place a sign on your property ( if it's allowed ), hold an open house, advertise it, handle all the negotiations, manage inspections / appraisals, communicate with title company for closing, and everything any other Realtor may do to sell your property. There is nothing that you are not getting ....... except a high commission!

No. You don’t pay anything upfront.....You pay the 1% listing commission when you home sale closes.
Absolutely! Buyers spend over 60% of their time looking online at listing photos. We allow the maximum authorized by the MLS. We pay for the photos to be taken by our professional photographer- NOT - cheap photos from an agent's IPhone.
Yes! The MLS that we use is the same one used by local real estate agents and brokers. Participating professional MLS real estate agents belong to their regional association and are connected to the MLS.
Nope! The listing commission is 1% of your sales price. We DO NOT have extra charges or transaction fees. The commission you can offer to the Buyer's agent is up to you. Most of our clients offer between 2.5% and 3% that is paid at closing.
We are determined to work with you to sell your home in a timely and professional manner. If you're not happy - let us know- all we ask is that you give us the opportunity to fix it. If you are still not satisfied - and your home is NOT under contract - you can cancel anytime. No hard feelings.
